A gentle, creative space for late-diagnosed AuDHD adults to meet, explore, and express, at your own pace, in your own way.
This four-part online series offers a supportive environment to connect with others who share similar experiences, and to explore what being AuDHD means for you—through creative expression, beyond words, and sometimes without them.
No art experience is needed. There is no “right way” to create. You are welcome with curiosity, hesitation, or simply a wish to be present.
Each session includes:
a short grounding practice to arrive in the moment
a gentle creative prompt linked to a shared theme
space to create freely, following the prompt or your own direction
optional sharing at the end—verbally, non-verbally, or simply through witnessing
Care is taken to create a space where everyone has the opportunity to be seen, while always respecting your choice to remain non-verbal or simply observe.
✨ Themes explored across the series
The journey to AuDHD (The revelation)
Inner tensions and inner union (Needing predictability vs. Needing novelty)
