Gina Potarca, PhD
Within each of us are parts that carry fear, sadness, grief, frustration, or doubt, often held quietly, sometimes without words. These parts seek expression, not to be fixed, but to be seen, felt, and understood. When they are given space, something begins to soften. New meanings can emerge, and other, more resourced parts of ourselves can come forward.
I offer a gentle, supportive environment where you can explore and express the stories held within these parts, both verbally and non-verbally, through creative processes.
My approach is grounded in mindfulness and neurodiversity-affirming practices, meaning that your unique ways of sensing, processing, and communicating are always respected.
There is no “right way” to create here!

I work with adults of all ages and cultural backgrounds, and bring extensive experience from my academic work as a university lecturer, where I have supported diverse learners and fostered inclusive, neurodiversity-informed environments.
Outside of my work, I love tending to my garden, caring for cats, and I am passionate about ecovillages and alternative, more caring ways of living, relating to each other, and the planet.
